Hello, my name is Agathi and my chunky little puggle named Bruno was the absolute love of my life. My world revolved around making Bruno the happiest pup on earth. When Bruno became ill, I immediately took him to Cornell University for a full work-up of tests and scans which helped to diagnose him with Cushing’s Disease. Unfortunately, he passed away months later from complications related to Cushing’s leaving me absolutely crushed. After months of mourning his loss and feeling completely lost without him, I felt it was time to take action.

Those few extra months with Bruno meant everything to our family and even though those extra veterinary appointments, emergency visits, scans and medications added up over time, it was worth it for me to keep Bruno on this earth for as long as possible.

After losing my sweet pup, I wondered how others had the financial means to pay out of pocket for all of the recommended services for their senior dogs. And if they didn’t have the financial means, what other options did they have?

And that is why I created Bruno’s Blessings. I want to provide families living in Rochester, New York the option to fight for their dog’s life in their later years. I want to help in paying for that life saving surgery, that highly recommended scan or that expensive medication. Our pets deserve to be loved and cherished through their golden years without the nagging worry of how to pay for their vet bills.
